Company Secretary Functions

    • Meeting and other event maintenance

    • Committee membership maintenance

    • Automatic agenda creation

    • Maintain general Board reference papers and papers associated with each meeting

    • Report on attendance and accumulated hours for each Director

Secured functions are provided for the Secretary for managing resolutions of meetings

    • Track the status of resolutions through meeting minutes

    • Proposed resolutions are attached to the agenda in advance of the meeting by the Secretary

    • During or after the meeting each resolution is confirmed or amended

    • In the subsequent meeting the minutes and resolutions are ratified, and are locked to further change
