- Developed a business plan for acquisition of a technology enabled business
- Reviewed Tattersall's Tatts Card customer loyalty product, developed an online strategy to reduce costs and increase market penetration and coordinated a Request for Proposal process
- Mapped business processes identified key risk areas, facilitated contingency planning processes and identified areas for process improvement.
Consulted on business process strategy development for a new Internet business portal for a group of 9 Councils, between whom accounted for 40% of Victoria's manufacturing companies.

Sunstate Airlines- Drew together three key departments (Finance, Scheduling and Yield Management). Redefine planning processes and develop an activity based costing and revenue analysis model.

Business South - Developed and delivered e-commerce seminars in a number of LGA areas under federal sponsorship.
Victorian Department of Justice - Conducted an impact analysis study of proposed legislation. This required extraction and analysis of data from legacy systems, developed SQL queries and use of GIS software, developed a simulation model, compiled psychological models of offender behaviour, stakeholder interviews and developed a Minister's briefing report. It also involved introducing new processes associated with information analysis which improved finalisation rates in the Sheriff’s Office.
Mayall Australia (the nation's largest tannery) - Process mapping and review of suitable ERP systems to replace their existing financial, operational control and quality systems.
LibertyOne Limited - Developed an e-commerce professional consulting service vision for LibertyOne Limited in the lead up to their successful ASX listing.
CSIRO
- Presented strategy to CSIRO Building Construction and Engineering senior management on online trading communities and facilitated review of potential application in their target industry sectors
- Proposal development for CSIRO Wool Technology into diffusion of wool technology into the TCF industries, aimed at improving the world competitiveness of Australian industry. Microz’ team included the former head of the TCF Council and other experienced industry players as contract consultants
- Collaborated with the CSIRO Centre for Mathematics and Information Sciences on bids for development of locomotive rostering and Internetbased KPI reporting systems for Queensland Rail and V/Line Passenger
- Consulting for DBCE in commercialization of leading edge optimization technology
Franklin-Collins - collaborated with on development of a report for DETYA on the requirements for a national online training system. Microz coordinated bid structure and information audit processes.
NOIE – Submission into facilitating electronic commerce in the road transport sector on behalf Tradegate/ECA, EAN, Coles-Myer and various road transport companies and industry groups.
