The IT Situation Analysis is executed largely through the use of technical and user questionnaires, with a consultant’s site inspection during the course of a day.
A detailed report is provided to the business and the results are discussed. One of the outcomes is an impact analysis and recommendations for improvement.
The IT Situation Analysis is accredited as a business improvement program by Business Victoria and the Department of State and Regional Development in NSW.
